The Exposogas consortium presents another webinar by Dr. Sabina Bijlsma, PhD, an expert in metabolomics and bioinformatics from The Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO).

The webinar will take place on July 16 (Tuesday) @4pm Cyprus time.

Webinar Title: A metabolomics data preprocessing and validation workflow, valuable lessons learned from the past

Content: In this webinar a general workflow for the pre-processing and validation of metabolomics data will be presented. In the past TNO developed and published a workflow (Bijlsma et al, Anal Chem, 2006). In this workflow each step itself is not unique. However, the integration if these steps results in an outcome which is statistically stable & biologically relevant, not caused on a model by coincidence which is the main concern of working with data including a lot of parameters/variables/signals. In the webinar the steps of the pipeline will be addressed. Pitfalls & benefits will be discussed.
